Orange Hokage

"Orange Hokage" as the kanji on the back of the jacket says.

I used a lineart manga scene from Naruto 501 provided by

I referenced another lineart for Naruto's face to appear in the mirror, and drew in the kanji and the rest of his body myself.

His jacket is an homage to to both of his parents; the red symbolized his mother's hair which is quintessential of the Uzumaki clan, and the style references his father who wore the same sort of jacket. The orange flames and kanji are Naruto's idea since he's the orange Hokage.

The reason I left the three-pronged kunai in the picture, is because this picture is supposed to be Naruto around the age of 18 or 20. I figure that now that he is Hokage he has access to some of Konoha's more secretive documents. he may have even come across the formula for the Yellow Flash's signature jutsu and learned how to do it himself.

Edit: For any purists, I know that in the Manga, the spelling of Orange Naruto uses is オレンジ. However, MY spelling really just means 'Orange colored'. He probably decided to write it that way for space so that the Kanji could be as big as he wanted it to. Additionally there's some separate characters off to the side in the manga, and since I don't know how to read or differenciate them yet I decided it best not to mess with it too much
Besides, in the manga, almost as a showing to Kushina, Naruto is pulling on his clothing and pointing out that he dresses in orange. Well, his clothes are not 'an' orange, they are the color orange. Hence, orange colored.
