What began as lust, not love
was given higher meaning from above
And careful planning, not a chance
Is what set forth this circumstance

But things did not turn quite as planned
These things got too out of hand
For hearts are made as fickle things
Do not have the consistency that stone brings

And can be swayed to love or hate
And hate or love do complicate
They complicate the world of men
So wherefore is the answer then

Why did fate deem this so?
Will we ever truly know?
Are we the pawns of some sick game?
Or are our choices what's to blame?

Would you do them differently?
I can only speak for me.
And I forgive you for the past
In hopes to make the future last.

Could you afford the same for me?
Or hate me for eternity?
Latest part of these poems. There are now four in total counting this one. I hope it's meaning is well received.

Rantings of the Soul I feel you when I close my eyes
I see you in me; through your lies
You're an angel of death, in snow and ice
I'm charmed of fire to give you life
And bring you to the world below
Just what you are I cannot know.

The demon rising in you now
Gives off an unearthly howl
That shakes a man's soul to the core
And leaves him broken evermore
Who tempts you with a bite; so sweet
Forbidden fruit you cannot eat
Lay it on the ground to rot
Shake off his promises of nought
They are but lies; a deceit
A villian only trust defeats

Your life was mine
Held in my hands
Those of a world weary man
Who lost one loved one from before
Could no

The Fate of All In the year ten and twenty six
There was a man so pietous
And a brother, darkness lured
And both a trial had endured.

Though one was cursed and thus condemned
That he should always return again
And forty-two should be the mark
Of things unknown and in the dark

The other, then, was also blessed
Though by darkness's behest
That he should have what me most sought
If on his brother, pain he wrought

Time and time throughout the age
These two brothers would engage
In duels of the heart and soul
Until one was victor and one laid low

But still the promise could not keep
For the curse had rung so deep
The heart he sought could not be

The End This is the end
Of thursday's child
Who's tender charms
Had once beguiled

Now by fire
Baptised she
Who has thus corrupted me

A scorpion's kiss
A wretchid fate
A lesson that was learned too late

Put to the sword
My flesh and blood
As we both lie in the mud

And a child
Set on the stone
Should she be made to live alone?

Thus the dagger
At her side
Found another place to hide

Fire,poison
Murder,suicide
This is how the four all died.
